YOU WILL NOTICE THAT WE HAVE INCREASED OUR PRICES TO BE ABLE TO OFFER OUR TEAM A WAGE THAT IS CLOSER TO SAN MATEO COUNTY’S LIVING WAGE (OUR MOST ENTRY-LEVEL POSITIONS NOW START AT $23.50/HOUR).
IN ADDITION, WE PAY 100% OF HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR OUR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES, AS WELL AS ALL OF OUR PREVIOUS BENEFITS, INCLUDING PAID VACATION DAYS, PAID PARENTAL LEAVE, 401K WITH VESTED CONTRIBUTIONS, 75% DENTAL COVERAGE.
